My friend and I were nervous to buy this for our Halloween costume this year due to mixed reviews-but, it ended up working out perfect. We both wore mediums and the fit worked well enough for our body types. I would recommend spandex under as they are a little see through. They stretch well enough that we could fit a pillow easily into it. Definitely worth getting if you have a need for a full body suit.

I bought a M and it fit snug but if you would like to have more space for a fake belly or stuff the suit then for sure get it a size up.
