When Milanoo noticed the discrepancy, they took the time to contact me and get the correct measurement instead of just making it with the measurements entered.     Ordered a medium and it fits pretty well for a person like myself who is about 5 feet tall and 100 or so pounds. It's quite warm and I really do like the crotch zipper feature. A good deal for 13 bucks. Just wish that the middle area was a bit more slimming. But can't ask for too much when something's already made to order!
