They are very comfortable around the foot, the heel curves inward a bit so you gotta be comfortable walking in heels. The way its shaped in the photo is literally how its shaped when you wear it, meaning it bends by the knee. So if you stand straight its looks a little bunched up by the knee, but like I said thats how it is in the photo so I cant complain. The one complaint I do have is that the color is nothing like the photo. I ordered the burgundy. In the photo it gives more of a reddish burgundy, like a deep cherry red. In person it is dark burgundy. Theres no red, its a true purple dark burgundy. So if you're looking for a red boot this is not your boot. But they get huge props from me because they paid attention to my measurements, I'm 6 feet tall and the boot does go to my thigh. So for that I'll give 5 stars.
