To answer the most pressing question on the review thread: buy a size up. My daughter is 5'8, size 6, and very muscular. We went to a large and fits all of her curves like a glove. In this picture she is wearing 2, New York heels and the dress is still 2 inches too long (alterations cost more than dress this close to homecoming). The sleeve lace is stretchy and gives where it needs to with out compromises. The lace scallops nicely at the neckline and you could go without a necklace if you wanted (my daughter is a black cat and therefore needed a pretty ,collar,). The dress material in 75 degrees does not make you overly hot. There is no invisible straps and you will need a half evening bra to wear this. I used clothing tape to secure the chest fabric to her skin. The zipper on this dress is hard to move, wax paper being rubbed delicately and very carefully as not to get it on the fabric. Overall, this is a very good dress and it is very pretty.
